We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join the Endeavour Accounting and Finance team, working directly with the Accounting Manager and the AP Team, focusing on managing timely and accurate processing of AP as well as supporting the business leaders. This role is part of the support team that services our entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
The Accounts Payable Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.

Manage full cycle accounts payable
Manage processing across multiple company subsidiaries
Develop and prepare monthly reports and reconciliations
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to readily resolve issues
Manage year-end vendor 1099 process
Participate in reviewing and coding SG&A expenses
Prepare interim and year-end audit schedules, as needed
Develop, refine and implement processes for following improvements:
Vendor onboarding and records management
Contract management
Procurement and cost savings measures
Purchase order processing
Ad hoc reporting and projects
Minimum of seven years of relevant accounts payable and analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Accounting ERP System, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct (preferred)
Experience with Accounts Payable Application, Bill.com (preferred)
Experience with expense reimbursement application, Expensify (preferred)
Strong organizational skills—able to prioritize, plan, and perform multiple urgent tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly follow-up and solve accounting issues
Self-directed and able to meet deadlines, make decisions, and manage time well
Experienced handling communications over multiple time zones
Polished and professional demeanor
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology systems
Outstanding interpersonal skills and always receptive to constructive feedback
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity
Team player and positive “can-do” attitude
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
